"Connecting
the emotional power of leaders to increase bottom-line performance"
- role model corporate behaviors
-
strengthen leadership competencies
- leverage their strategies throughout teams and organizations
- inspire and motivate others
-
Most of us see and hear the intellectual, logical side of leadership
development. At Leadership Labs, we take that learning to a higher
level. Leaders participate in experiences where they work with their
own skills of introspection and deep thinking, connecting to what
they already know. They learn to use these experiences to develop
their emotional power and improve job performance.
-
Research
continues to report counter-intuitive findings on the relationship
of Leadership Development Programs and leadership performance. Although
leaders do well in learning the intellectual techniques and practical
skills of leading in business, it is the development of personal and
emotional skills that continue to make a significant difference in
sustainable and long-term success of a business leader's and their
organization's performance . Leadership Labs creates and tailors a
series of innovative learning sessions for leaders to explore organizational
issues and job performance improvement. We do this by creating an
organized way for leaders to connect to their personal experiences
and learn from them as well as from other participants.
