A highly interactive and innovative approach to leadership development that takes leadership learning to a higher power of emotional internalization.
Combining the arts of storytelling, Powerful Conversation and visual language with today's most simplistic technology - the conference call - personal experiences emerge, are shared and captured. The impact is personal and shared.
This is an 8- week series of 1.5 hour sessions which provide leadership the opportunity to develop their skills from a more personal level of intensity. After each session , leaders receive a graphic depiction of the event, which promotes the sense of community established during this sessions.
